Group Ground Rules

A 25% non-refundable, non-transferable deposit is due for all groups at time of booking in order to reserve seats. No reservation will be held without a deposit.
All tickets are subject to availability.
Final group numbers and final payment are due four (4) weeks prior to date of game. Decreasing tickets must be done by the four week deadline. Any tickets not paid in full by the four week deadline will be released to the general public.
Once tickets are purchased there are NO REFUNDS and NO EXCHANGES. No tickets will be printed until full payment is received.
South Atlantic League Rules PROHIBIT FOOD or BEVERAGES TO BE BROUGHT INTO FirstEnergy Park. That includes cakes, cookies and snacks.
